1. Who I Am

My name is Krisztina Kiss, based in Hungary, and I am the owner of Kriszti Studio.

2. What Data I Collect

I keep data collection to a minimum. The only personal data I collect is:

  • your email address, if you choose to subscribe to my newsletter or request a free tool/resource.

No other personal information is required to use this website.

3. Newsletter & Product Delivery

When you request a free resource (an "Asset") from this website, your email address is used to deliver that specific product. By requesting an asset, you are also consenting to join the Kriszti Studio newsletter.

Your data is stored securely via EmailOctopus and is used to send:

  • The delivery of your requested tool or product.
  • Occasional updates on new tools or experiments I am building.
  • Educational content.

I do not send spam. If you only wanted the product and do not wish to stay on the list, you can unsubscribe immediately using the link at the bottom of the delivery email. This will not affect your access to the asset you already received.

Legal Basis: Processing your email address for product delivery and newsletter updates is based on your explicit consent, which you provide by entering your email to access a resource.

This website uses Vercel Analytics.

  • it collects anonymous usage data (such as page visits and general interaction)
  • no personal data is tracked
  • no cookies are used
  • this data is only used to understand how the website is used and improve it

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing purposes.

6. External Links (Etsy)

Some links on this website lead to external platforms, such as Etsy, where products are available.

  • any purchases are handled entirely by Etsy
  • I do not collect or process any payment or billing information
